I signed up for Ask Me Now (Blackberry Download) and I was wondering if the messages and replies they send are email or SMS. I think they are SMS but how do you tell? The message icon on the BlackBerry looks different (the envelope looks like it is italicized) than the email icons. I emailed their support and I have not received a reply yet.
