Cool Everyone I got the Policy.bin & Policy.reg to fix your bb restrictions

Please Login to Remove!

helo everyone. i figured i would help out everyone that has the problem with the itpolicy. i have a copy of policy.bin & policy.reg that is a default policy with no restrictions. i have detailed insturctions on how to get it to load on to your bb. please reply and let me know were to send the policys. i have aim so we could chat there as well. it customiden3. You can private message me if you want. i want to help out with this so everyone that bought a bb from ebay or what other online auction (or friend) can use there bb. so get back to me.

yes it will work on your bb 7730. i use a bb 7730 and it worked for me

I would suggest changing your email posted to not display it as an actual email address.

The reason for this suggestion, there are bots set to search google for email addresses to add to spam lists. These threads get archived on google.

wow i thought this thread would get more hits on it. i mean everyone is looking for the policy.bin and instructions on how to install it on there bb. wow i wonder were everyone is?

its only for those that have a itpolicy and there bb has restrictions. this policy will remove those rectrictions

I got sucked into the eBay conspiracy and purchased an AT&T 7280 Blackberry. I am wanting to use it with Cingular. Will it work for me?

Bro, it worked on my 7730 and 6230...I have a sneaky feeling that it will work on your 7280.

darkdargon i have no idea what happened to your icon on your older bb. all i know is it works great on the other color screen models

that is a carrier-locked handheld and has nothing to do with IT Policy. you won't be able to unlock that handheld through ATTWS or via a policy.

If you are still part of a corporate network and haven't bought one off someone, won't the BES just reapply the policy after a short period?

I just tried it and it worked!

The policy will only revert back if the corporate BES is sent out wirelessly or if you accidently sync the machine on a corporate n/w with BES (like I did)
