Try this site with your BlackBerry browser: http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneDay.html. It's more cumbersome than a dedicated program, but it will do until something better comes along.

Google might lead to similar sites that are better formatted for the small screen.

it truly amazes me with all this technology out there, for some strange reason Canada does not exist in most US programs?

It should be noted that the above link was for the United States Navy. Why would the US Navy concern itself with Canada? Isn't that the Canadian Navy's job?
