Default Anyone heard of Steve007? (Unlocking)

Please Login to Remove!

I have been watching from afar the many questions regarding UNLOCKING a BB, and know full well that the topic should, somehow, qualify as a Guiness Book record of some sort, but here goes again.

I know that BONGO is the most recommended source for UNLOCKING a BB. However, you have the shipping factor, and would have to do without your BB for a week or so (round trip to CANADA).

I stumbled across, what appears to be, a legitimate site: http://www.steve007.tk/ Apparently, they send you a cable, and it is all done over the web for 80 euros ($100.00 USA)

Has anyone ever actually used this service? Is it legitimate? What is their success rate? BOTTOM-LINE-QUESTION is "Has anyone ever gotten ripped-off by this site?"

PLEASE ADVISE.

I'm interested in hearing if someone has used this as-well! I've got a AT&T 7780 that needs unlocking and if this works I'd go with it!

I looked into using him, but a lot of peeps where still waiting for the thingy to be sent out (numerous threads on Howard Forums). In the end I used Bongo and got the handheld back within a week. Not bad considering I'm in New Zealand.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7520/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

Where are you located? There is a gentleman here in MD that professioally unlocks BB's. He is lisenced to do so and is one of a very few people who is capable of doing so. He is also about to go national and handle business and personal accounts.. Contact Michael Carrington mocarrington@comcast.net. Hope this helps!
