Default Emails dissappear off BB

Please Login to Remove!

For some reason, the emails on my BB vanish even though I have set the "General Options" - "Keep Messages" - "30 days".

On my laptop, I try to keep my active inbox clear, so I move my new emails to personal folders kept on my laptop. When I move the emails on my laptop, they dissappear off my BB dispite the above setting?!?

What is even stranger is a few months ago, when i first got my new Curve, the emails would stay on my BB even though I moved the emails to personal folder on my laptop. This was really helpful because i would still have my emails on my BB, and keep my active inbox clear. Of course, when replying on my BB, I would have to resend because the original email couldn't be found, but it would still work.

Anyways, my company IT has no idea, does anyone else know why thanks!

Default

If you're using Desktop Manager, go into Synchronize, and UNCHECK Reconcile Messages.

If you have that checked and you plug in your device, it will see that the messages are no longer in your Inbox, and remove them from your BlackBerry.
