I have a question for those using Verizon.
When you go to an area that is out of the listed Verizon data coverage, do you still receive your email messages?
I am looking at a 7250 Earthlink, and I believe that they use the Verizon network. They assure me that it will work here in the Lincoln area. However, Verizon does not list my area as anything but having voice coverage.
Any help appreciated.

It depends on Verizon's roaming agreements. I've seem lots of our Verizon's say "Roaming" on our BES and they still receive their E-Mails, etc.

As per a NC Corp. store Verizon does not allow data roaming. Supposedly because the other carriers networks are not of the same quality as Verizon's. I have experienced this first hand up and down the NC coast.

A good way to check the data coverage is via Verizon's site. Be sure to choose the National Access and Enhanced Service Map.

If you have a BB w/unlimited data package from Verizon, is it possible to share the data w/their PC Laptop card? Does Verizon even allow for this or do you need a separate data plan for both?
