Default Urgent! Blackberry auto deletes emails after an hour or so?

Please Login to Remove!

How can I fix this? I don't want the emails being deleted, I want them to save forever, or until I delete them myself! Help!!! I just got a new Blackberry Curve 8330 with Verizon. I'm desperate here, lol.

You have an 8330 so I would imagine your memory is in tact but let's make sure.

What is your file free? Options > Status

Yeah, that's more than enough. How long has this been happening? Have you tried pulling the battery for 30 seconds (while the device is powered on)?

That doesn't make too much sense. How many emails are deleting?

Go to VZW's BIS website and make sure the sync deleted email is not checked for each account.

Wirelessly posted

Depending on what email program you use, I've seen the desktop mail application empty the mail server and the mail on the handheld disappears. Confirm that your desktop email program is shut down.

This was yahoo I had the issue with.
