Okay, here's a stupid question. I just bought a HS850 from Motorola, and also just upgraded my BB software (thanks Dawg).

Anyway, how do you all carry your headsets? My HS850 seems pretty fragile and I don't want to break it after spending $100. I'm nervous about carrying it in my pants pocket and don't really want to put it on a lanyard.

What do you all do?

I have an 820 and do carry it in my pocket. Haven't had any trouble in 6 months

I originally had an HS810, and when it broke I "upgraded" to an HS850.

Strangely, the HS810 came with a belt-clip case, yet the HS850 did not. However, I still use the case from the HS810 and it works great.

Don't know if you can get the case separately, but I find it's a good solution to protect the headset, and it fits right on my belt.

My HS850 came with a leather belt puch thingy and I use that most of the time. It seems very well secured but I did lose it once and now I'm carefull to check and make sure it's seated properly when I put it in. Also if I bump a wall or anything I check it immediately to make sure it isn't going to pop out, sometimes it does get dislodged. Overall though it's a great case, it's easy to get the headset out of and doesn't get in the way.

I toss my HS810 into whatever pocket I have, no problems so far. Even worked after I put the pants through the washing machine (duh).
