Default Outlook emails delete on BB but not in Outlook after few hours

Please Login to Remove!

I have several emails that forward to my BB. My outlook emails delete from BB after approximately 24 hours. They stay in Outlook and I don't have this problem with any of the other emails that come from yahoo, etc. I'm sure it's a setting, but not sure what the setting is. Would appreciate any help.

Welcome to the forum.

Your description of your problem is a bit unclear to me. Would you mind specifying a few extra things, such as how you receive email (BIS or BES) and a bit more precise description of what is happening with the Outlook account that is not happening with the others. I'm guessing that:

- Email is delivered via BIS.
- The Outlook account is a POP account associated with work.
- The other accounts are all yahoo and/or gmail.

And that when you delete the yahoo/gmail emails on the BB they delete on the web mail application, but that Outlook/POP emails deleted on the BB do not delete. Is that correct?

If you're on BIS there is only now the beginning of syncing with external email accounts like BES has always done, and even then it's sometimes only one-way. Yahoo has been the leader in incorporating this integration with Blackberry BIS. Apple's .Mac/MobileMe will eventually get the changes to an email on your Blackberry to sync to your computer, but it doesn't seem to translate from changes on your Mac to your Blackberry. It's still a case-by-case thing with BIS.
