I am using BES v 4.1. I have two BES server , one is for production site the the other one is for Disaster recovery site. I use CA xosoft replication software to replicate the BES database. After switch over, DR BES server become active and user can communicate to BES server. But the blackberry manager can't display all users informations. It only appears Name, PIN, status and last connection. It doesn't show the rest of the field like email address, mail server, security, blackberry version and so on.

Could anybody advise me on this issue?
