Default 4.5 Release Notes

Please Login to Remove!

Good morning everybody.

Does anyone know where I can get some release notes for the 4.5 OS? Vodafone UK are planning (I'll believe it when I see it!) to release the 4.5 OS in early to mid September and my boss wants to upgrade all our Blackberries but wants me to put together a list of new features that we will get.

I've searched but there don't seem to be any device software release notes, only for BES upgrades.

Any help greatly received

RIM sends them to the carriers, who rarely release them to the public. If you have a good contact at Vodafone, they might be able to help.

Thank you. We use a 3rd party company to deal with Vodafone so I guess my luck may be out.

You can read some of the early 4.5 threads here, back in March, April, May of this year and find some good posts with features listed.

Primarily:
-HTML email support (with BES you'll need SP6 installed)
-Streaming video (from some sources)
-New Calendar and Address Book views
-Video recording on all devices with a camera, except 8100 model.
and much more.
