In Apploader, it shows how much space each app takes up when not running right?

is there any way to see how much memory a running app is using?

I thought that maybe some of my "small" programs might actually be using a lot of memory when they are running...

You could check your free space before running the program and then check it right after opening it.

ah true, what about programs that run on startup and i cant close?

Not sure there is way to check those, someone else might know though, good luck.
