Default How to get rid of phone trails in Messages folder

Please Login to Remove!

I recently traded by Pearl for a Curve. A major annoyance I've found is that the call log and messages folders seem to be merged. How can I get rid of these? My emails are getting lost in all of the calls.

Phone Options -> Call Logging. Set "Show These Call Log Types In Message List" to None.

Yes, the phone will log the calls and display them like always, missed, dialed, etc. And the separate call log app will show them, but you won't have to see them mixed in amongst your messages.

I've found that in the phone app, only the 20 most recent calls show in the log, but you can still go to messages, menu, view call logs to see much more.

I don't have a "call logging" menu under options.

You have to go to the phone app first. Then go to the phone app's options. Press the green phone button. Then hit the menu key and go to Options.

Wirelessly posted

Sorry, go to messages, hit menu, then view folder, then scroll down to phone call logs.

Ok...let's slow down for a minute. To get rid of the call logs in the message list the OP needs to go to the phone app and go to Options from there.

To view more phone logs than what display in the phone app you go to Messages, hit menu then view folder and scroll down to phone call logs.
