Default Just Seeing HTML in EMail

Please Login to Remove!

I had to reset my phone software and lost the use of my 3rd party sofware to be able to see email properly.

Now, I just see the HTML code in the software and not the email...Does ayone out there have any advice for me???

I tried calling the bozos at Verizon on many occasions and I am now here.

What were you using to view the html email? Something like Empower? If so, you have to re-install that application.

If it's Empower you can just go to their site and download it. It will recognize your device as being registered.
