Default Receiving Emails on my Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

My one account of hotmail isn't coming through on my blackberry and it was before. I know I did something but I'm not sure what. Can someone help me fix this. My other emails are coming through, but I don't know what I did to slow or stop one from working. So in short one hotmail account is not working, one is and one gmail account is working.

thanks for any help

Try the battery pull and resending service books from email setup.

No, just go to the email setup shortcut, login, click "resend service books."

You should have an icon that says "Set Up Internet Email" or something to that effect. Click on it and the option to resend your service books should be there once the page loads.

What do you mean you did something in your settings?

Multiple things have been suggested already that are common solutions. Did you try resending your service books?

Log in to wherever you set up your email addresses. Resend Service Books will be an option there.
