Default Blackberry MDS connection service

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I am using CA xosoft software for blackberry server high availability. After I switch over to my replica server MDS connection service is not able to start up. I understand that MDS connection service is to push up the applications to device and use the BES server as a proxy to connect to internet. All my users can send email, but unable to receive email. I haven't tested yet by resending the service book to the device. I just would like to check with you all if MDS connection service is related to send and receive email.

Thanks
Regards
