Default What problem can it be? User says he can't send emails.

A dude bought the Blackberry 9000 series. We activated for him on the BES while he was in New York, and everything was fine. Send/Receive without any problem. He then left New York to Paris, and he said he was unable to send any emails; however, he could receive. What problem can it be? It can't be the send as permission because everything was working fine when he was in New York. I checked the permission on the BES and his AD account, and it was okay. I'm trying to find out what error message does he get when he tries to send an email on the blackberry.

The error message he is receiving will help out a lot in troubleshooting this issue. Do you know if he is getting the red X when sending a message or is the send option missing when he tries to reply to an email?

If he is getting the red X, have him open up the message and tell you what it says next to message status.

Thanks for the help. I'm trying to get his secretary to take the BB, so I can walk her through what I need to find out.

I called AT&T, and they confirmed he has international roaming on his number; everything seems to be okay on the provider's end. I called the secretary and instructed her to remove/reinsert the battery. IT WORKED lol.... amazing.
