Hi everyone,

I am hoping that someone can help me out here. I have activated the GPS on my Curve 8330. The problem is that there is nowhere to put the curve in my car so that I will be able to see the maps while driving. I have a Mazda3 which is an all plastic dash. I have tried using the blackberry sleeve with a clip and tried to attach that to my dash to no avail. The sticky stuff only holds for a couple of days and then it lets loose. I have also tried to attach it with velcro and the velcro doesn't hold the phone in place. Any suggestions that won't ruin my brand new dash?

Hey, good question. I wondered about this myself.

For a car mount, I use a proclip from proclipusa.com. It's built specifically for my model car and holds the bb in a perfect position for viewing.

I would be more concerned about the HOT air a few months from now.

i have a mazda mx 5 with a plastic dash and i use some car shop body tape. this usually lasts a couple of months before slipping but at £2 for about 6 pieces and only 1/2 used each time i don't mind cos it leave no lasting damage.

i also use a Krussell case and their additionally bought mount with case clip.

work fine for using the phone as a sat nav or seeing the calls coming in.

there you go

a little krussel clip stuck to the dash which then allows me to clip my curve onto it and whilst im driving i've got the sat nav / phone visible.

just behind the gear stick is my bluetooth earpiece.

the whole process is a ritual.

curve out of holster and into Krussel windowed case, then onto clip, then bluetooth on and then start the car.
