Default How to change Blackberry Curve - BIS Return-Receipt-To address?

Please Login to Remove!

When I set up my email for my Blackberry Curve, all the accounts were evidently set up to request a return receipt for delivery. For all of my email addresses, it's using the same address for the "Return-Receipt-To" field, but it's incorrect - it's one of my email addresses, but missing a character. So when someone sends the receipt, they get a bounce. How do I change this, either in BIS or on my BB?

Go to ATT's BIS website and edit your email. You should be able to change the "Return-Receipt-To" field to the correct email address.

I looked there. I can only change "Reply To:" for each of my email adresses. Since the same problem exists for all my email addresses, I suspect there's a single "Return-Receipt-To" field used on BIS or on the BB for all email addresses.

Where is it replying to? Your BB email or a personal email?

It's replying to a personal email address.

Try to delete the email and re-add it then. My BIS is setup a little different than yours, so you might want to contact the Tech support for ATT.
