Default Reading emails headers and body as ascii

Is it possible to read emails on the BB in plain ascii (or without name matchups)? I am getting a lot of SPAM from my ISPs and sometimes some emails look legit.

On the BB, is it possible to do the following?

1) To and From fields as it was originally sent (not alias name)
For example - if I had an email address as [email address] and a spam was sent to David Smith<> - then the ISP sometimes makes a "best guess" and passes this onto my account at [email address].
I would like to see the raw email To and From fields - and not see "David Smith" but "". Even worse, the BB will show it as my email address, not the original To or CC address!

2) Body of message in plain ascii.
Again - spam emails can look reasonably legit and one of the giveaways is the URL links. For example - "legit website"<>. The HTML interpreter will use the "legit website" as a URL link but I want to see the actual URL (or IP in this example).
