Default Curious about MMS

Please Login to Remove!

I work for Sprint and have a BB Curve. Unfortunately, our Sprint BBs do not allow for MMS texts. What this means is that I cannot send pictures to other phones unless I use their default email address. The thing is, the option to send a MMS text is there and when I try to send it, I get the "No MMS Service Record, message cannot be sent. You will only be able to save draft" error. Anyone know a work around for this?

You actually are able to 'Compose MMS'? What OS do you have installed on your device?

You'll find that a lot of business's ask their service providor to turn the MMS function off on the account at the service providors end, so there's nothing you can do on the phone or the BES to get round this.
Probably worth phoning your service providor to see if this is actually the case. They may turn it on, but you'll probably have to get someone who's named on the account to do it for you.

This probably wouldn't do much good. Sprint is slightly notorious for not having the MMS function.
