Default Personal Signature Problems:

Please Login to Remove!

I am having serious problems w/ my quto signature. I have done the following:

1) open desk top manager
2) open redirector settings
3) changed, applied, & ok'd my personal signature

Whenever I open redirector settings, my personal signature is there but when I sen and email it still states: "Email sent by Blackberry powered by sprint" or whatever that statement is. Can anyone help me?

On the Blackberry, under Messages, click Options > Email Settings

What are the settings in there?

Are you using the web client or BES?

There is a signature in the web client - I suspect you need to change it there.

Log in to the web client and click on Options - the signature is the first option.
