That is how the theme works. No way to change it.

The only option would be to get a theme that supports a custom today screen like this one:

There are at least two Today themes right now in the Media forum that have multiple calendar entries.

Default Calendar entries in Today theme
If you have BB v4.2 you can't get a theme to display more than 2 or 3 calendar entries. I have a Curve 8310 and am looking for a "Today" theme to display only MESSAGES, CALENDAR, and TASKS on the home screen, but I don't think there's such an animal for my OS version. I'd update my OS to 4.5 but my Vista won't let me. If anyone knows of how I can at least get more calendar entries to show on the home screen for my v4.2.......I'd be most grateful !! Thx. Lo
