Default Can't delete some emails

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone else run into the problem of not being able to delete random emails? I have a 7280 and every once and a while I get an email that won't let me delete it. The icon has changed from an envelope to a folder for some reason. That's the only thing that is different. When I open it it looks and acts just like a normal email, except I can't delete it.

It's really bugging me that I can't get rid of these. I'm a neat freak and I try to keep my email clean so I don't have to scroll so much.

Anyone?

Default Figured it out

I figured it out. thanks to a friend sending a post from some other forum to me.

If you have emails that just won't delete. Connect your BB to your desktop and start up the Desktop manager. In the Backup/Restore option choose the Advanced button.

When it comes up scroll down to the 'messages' and back them up. Then highlight the 'messages' in the right hand pane again and hit the 'clear' button. This will delete all your messages on your handheld. Then you can restore the messages that you just backed up. Disconnect and try to delete them on your handheld now and it will work.

Not sure why the emails became sticky but this worked.
