Does anyone know of a good note taking program?

I am looking for something where it is almost like I would make a Word Document with a title and then I would add notes to that document. I might have one that has a list of items that I need to remember, and then one might have a notes on some training session I was at. I am looking for something that is quick and easy to use, but not as bland as the regular notepad on the BB.

Anyone know of anything?

DocumentsToGo is just what you are asking for.

Is there anything else besides this. Sometimes I need something I can really quickly get into and there are a number of steps you have to go to in order to get into the word docs and make a new one or edit an existing one.

Well, MemoPad is a quick shortcut key D to access from the Homescreen, but you said that is bland.

WordToGo is a simple icon to open, for me. Open Document, start typing and save as.

I guess you can't have it both ways, simple, yet not bland.
