Default After Enterprise Activation "some" contacts disapear

Not sure if this is where I should be posting this but, we've seen several different devices from Verizon and AT&T after they have gone through the Enterprise Activation that a week or two later the user will come back to us saying that the contacts that were in the phone book before Enterprise activation are no longer on the device....

Any thoughts ?
