Question Blackberry Feature

I have an assistant who has a blackberry, but she also wants to have her boss's inbox, calendar and contacts show up on the blackberry device itself. Is there a way to have the assistant have her own inbox, contacts and calendar then have her boss information as well?

The BES won't allow 2 users to be assigned to the same device, so there's no clean and supportable way to do this. You might be able to get mail by having the boss's email forwarded to a web client account, but it would be intermingled with her mail. The BlackBerry isn't designed to work this way

Forwarding rule on the boss's mailbox to send a copy to your mailbox.

Set up wired synchronization for the two contacts and calendar folders synchronized up.

That being said...keep in mind that there is only ONE message list on the BlackBerry and only ONE calendar and only ONE address book. Everything will be combined together on the BlackBerry, but changes to the calendar and address book will be synchronized to the appropriate location (they won't get all mixed during the synchronization to the two mailboxes) but any new calendar/contact items will only be able to go to one location.
