Default So, who is too blame for the slow speed

Here is the deal. I have an 8700. In the past, I was on a BES with company A. It worked a charm. No real issues.

About 2 months ago, left employment, and set up BES with company B. Well, I have noticed that with comnpany B, quite often, when I look at an e-mail, it says "More Available", and I have to click for more, to display the text of the e-mail. Also, I have a phone system that e-mails voice messages to my BB as an attachment. I used the same service when using company A, and never had an issue, but with company B, it takes up to 1 minute to download the file to listen, where as with company A, it was 10 or 15 seconds. I also often times have to resend the request for the file with compnay B, don't remember ever doing that with A.

In the past two weeks, I have noticed that on some mornings, e-mail received over night, when the BB is off, is not pushed to the BB. Sometimes, 3 or 4 hours later, still not pushed to the BB. Also, reads/sends from Outlook aren't synced for some time, also sometimes an hour or more, though it is generally quicker, just sometimes not.

What is the cause of this. Could it be my carrier T-Mo is the culprit, and the service is now busier than before, so there is a delay due to network traffic. Is it possible because I am now more often in a very different geographic location, that the service is slower where I am now. Or, is it the hosting company. I am seriously considering jumping hosting ships for the old one. But, if that is not the cause, I need to consider other corrective options.

What are your thoughts?

Michael

Do you have good coverage with T-Mo now as you did previously? T-Mo doesn't have as wide of a coverage area as other carriers.

Did you remove the IT Policy from Company A before you set the device up on Company B?

Could be the companies' connection to the internet, the server hardware they're using, the version of BES they're running, the server load....many different variables.

Ya, the coverage is fine. I have found that T-Mo's coverage in Southern California is quite good.

The policy was removed.

That is what I figured lots of possibilities. I guess I am gonna change hosts, and see what happens. I can always switch back.
