Can anyone direct to documentation that I can use as a guide when Planning for disaster recovery. This is in an environment with 2500 BB users. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Take a look at the BES Maintenance Guide, however it's fairly lacking.

Some key points:

- Backup the Database (SQL, Notes DBs on BES if your domino)
- Have all your information handy (accounts, srp, etc, also software) (you can save your srp/auth info to a .srp file for easy import)
- Consider having a hot spare standby server with same config as your primary server
- Export your user list frequently in case you have to start from scratch (you can automate this with this like the bbuseradmin service)

If you want to go more advanced for the SQL side of things you could look into clustering or log shipping, but I don't think these are fully supported yet.

You can find lots of good information like this from www.blackberry.com. A search on thier public support site for Disaster recovery found this: http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...17148&vernum=1

You will find other good docs from RIM on DR as well there.
