Is there anywhere that has a good guide to which Blackberry plans on which carriers support BES? I.e., I'm looking at an environment where our users provide their own BB devices through their own carriers... and it would be useful to know exactly what they need to have on their carriers for BES support, and how much extra it costs. This information doesn't appear to be readily available anywhere.

Default someoneeeee pleasseee help meeeee. - 11-03-2008, 07:15 AM

hi. i recently just got the blackberry bold 9000 and its amazzinnnggg. i am in love with it. but this relationship is becoming so frustrating because I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING.

i joined a gprs monthly package just a few days back and i still don't understand why i cant use the blackberry messenger. all the service provider (China Mobile... im in shanghai, china) gave me was the IP address and the APN. and i don't even know if im a BES or BIS. or whatever it is. i dont even know how to set it up in the first place. i have a mac computer and i got the cd with the BB but then i can't even install it. does this have anything to why i cant use the blackberry messenger? i am COMPLETELY CLUELESS. can someone please please please please pleaseeee help me? it would save me and my bold's depleting relationship.

i am utterly and unforgivably confused.

please save me.
