| Basically, you would set up a profile, such as Phone Only, where all notifications for Out of Holster and In Holster are set to NONE, and volume set to MUTE (you don't have to bother changing all the Tunes since the volume is mute anyways. Then, for Phone, set the Out of Holster and In Holster notification to Vibrate (all other lines are set to None and Mute except for Phone which is set to Vibrate).
You say "I'm looking to set my phone to vibrate (no ringtone) ONLY when I receive phonecalls OR when my boss calls." So this should work because when your boss calls, that is the same as any other phone call.
Now if you wanted the phone to vibrate for all phone calls EXCEPT your boss; where you'd like it to ring and vibrate, then you can do that by giving the boss a custom phone tune. So if Mom calls, the phone will vibrate, if the boss calls, the phone will vibrate and play a tune, if you get email or sms, you will not get a notification -- which sounds like what you want.
