Sorry if this has been asked before, but I am new to all of this.

Can someone confirm that I will be able to sync three Bolds to one outlook (contacts, calendar, tasks, notes) so that we all can sync / update and have identical info on Bolds?

I have installed Blackberry Desktop Manager and have managed to sync one Bold to Outlook, but cant seem to get it to accept another. I am syncing via USB.

Also, when I do a two way sync, it adds all from my BB to Outlook and all from Outlook to BB so I end up with duplicates on both. How do I get it to update BB changes to Outlook and vice versa minus the duplicates?
