Default 8310 Flashlight

I just updated my OS to 4.5. Video camera works fine, but what I really noticed was how bright the light was. Is there a way to use the light as just a flashlight without any camera? If so, that would be great.

I'm not sure about being able to use the camera flash as a flashlight, but you can use FreeLight, which uses the LED, and is quite effective in my opinion.

I'd insert the link, but I don't have enough posts yet... you can just search FreeLight and you'll find it.

From the video cam, hitting the space bar toggles the lighting setting. One of the settings is on.
