I am using Outlook and the "redirect" function within Rules and Alerts to redirect selected emails to my BB 6230. Works great, but in the emails on the BB, the addressee information is incomplete: you can't see the cc: or bcc: addressees. Anyone run into this?

My company does not use BES. Any other suggested options to receive critical emails that are sent to my work address?

BWC is the way to go just forward them or use the BWC to pop3 them

I'm confuzed, are you using the desktop redirector or Outlook to forward a copy of messages to your BlackBerry (ie via the BlackBerry Internet Service)?

If you just have rules and filters, I don't believe outlook sends all the header information. And you will NEVER see the BCC fields. hence why they are Blind carbon copy addresses.

Was using Outlook, not the desktop redirector, and it sends via the BlackBerry Internet Service. I could only see myself as the recepient, and none of the others who were originally copied on the mail.

I've now taken the advice above and moved to POP and it is working very nicely. There is often a few-minute delay but the addressee information is complete.
