After trying out the Instinct for the past 2 + months, I have come back (I knew I would). I loved the instinct, and it is a great phone (I think), but the calendar stunk! Basically, it didn't have one. So I'm waiting on a 8330 from Sprint. Two quick questions: Will 4.5 be already on the device? and If not, when I do download it, will Doc to go come with the upgrade?

No, OS 4.5 won't be a newly issue retail store device.

DocumentsToGo will be in the OS upgrade as long as you select that option in the upgrade process.

4.5 is right here, for the 8330.

EDIT, well I forgot US Cellular had taken down their 8330 version of 4.5, but it is "out there".
