Question Default addresses

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,My company has just set us up on BIS( i think) and I am now getting my company emails on my Blackberry...hooooray!!. When I compose an email from my BB, it defaults to searching my Contacts for addresses, but I would like it to search in my Outlook Address book that it is associated with. Is this possible?

I also have previously had 2 webmail addresses with their own icons, but now everything just goes into the messages icon. Can i seperate my work emails into a different icon. Apologies if i sound like a luddite!!!

Greetings and welcome to the BBForums.

1. Yes, it is possible, someone on BES will need to tell you how. I thought you used the lookup feature.

2. ALL emails will go to the main messages folder. You can use Empower BES Mailbox to separate out your BES mail to its own folder.
