Default Can't take the password lock off!

Please Login to Remove!

I just traded my unlocked 8320 for an AT&T 8310 (I have AT&T)... but I can't take the password lock off my phone. Whenever I go to Options -> Security -> General Settings, it says "Password: Enabled" with a little red lock next to it, and it won't give me the option for "Disable". Any ideas for how I could take it off?? I never had this problem with my 8320.

Wirelessly posted

Yeah, sounds like you traded it for a secondhand device that still carries its old policy.
