I am having issues with my 8320 Curve. Just started today. My keyboard and trackball will not turn off just the screen turns off. I have tried the battery pull but that still does not fix the problem.

Any help?

Did you try resetting the backlight timeout option in your berry? It might have a value there but try to set some lower value and save the changes. Also "On" the Automatically Dim Backlight option.
