Default AAAAAGH Gmail forwarding issues persist!

Please Login to Remove!

Forward my gmail to my [email address]. Works great - get mail instantly 'pushed' to me. BUT:

set BWC to BCC mail sent from my BB. Again, this works, but I end up getting two messages in my Blackberry inbox. Try to set filter on my BWC to not deliver them, but it doesn't work.

What am I doing wrong. Is there even any point in trying to fix this since tmo is doing away with auto bcc next month?

Thanks

PS I have tried copying what previous threads said to do on this issue, but it doesn't seem to work (maybe it's just me)!

I have tried that but they still come through. Am I missing something? How would you sent the filter up?

Sounds great, but you cannot set up a filter in gmail that does not forward.

You need to BCC to your Gmail...not your .blackberry.net account. The filter you want in gmail, is "Skip inbox" I believe. Go read the thread on gmail forwarding thoroughly...and make sure you set the gmail filters up in the right order...you want to setup the one that skips emails from yourself first...then setup the forwarder.

What I went ahead and did is set up a seperate email address that just takes all my BCC's and nothing else. Just so you know it is another gmail account.
