Default Help Please: Webmail redesign = no access

I'm in need of urgent help. My company redesigned our webmail front page and BIS requested I validate my email account again however it is not accepting the new server address:

Am I inputting wrong info?

Wow. That is rough the same exact thing happened to me. All RIM BIS Scripts require that the url end in "/exchange" without that the script has not starting point and will not function. You might have more luck pressing your company and IT to change it stating that the non-standard front-end is breaking a technology that millions of people use.
