One of our users' BlackBerrys, an 8700g, was having trouble synching with Outlook. We eventually wiped it and removed him from the BES, stopped and started the BB services, added the user back and reactivated the handheld. This sorted the reconciling issue. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that he used the Password Keeper function quite a lot, and the passwords have now gone. Does anyone know whether it is possible to get them back? We do daily backups of the BES database, and I suspect they are in there somewhere, but we don't know where. Also, we would like to avoid doing a full restore if possible. Can anyone help?
