Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm still a bit of a newbie.

I followed the instructions for optimizing an OS installation on my new Curve. However, after I was done I downloaded Google Maps and realize that I really don't need BB Maps too.

So my question is if there is any difference between using the App Loader to go back and delete it vs just using the built-in method on the Blackberry itself? Is one better/more thorough than the other?

Not really any difference, considering App loader requires a pc .. I'd say deleting right off the device is easier (and quicker).
