What do you mean by traceable?
Are you on a BES?

PIN's are completely traceable... just takes one customer to call their carrier to report harassment then they can do a PIN lookup and find which active account it is and which carrier through RIM and report it to Local law enforcement or their Risk Assessment team.

The Golden Rule comes in handy when contemplating malicious acts or things that would require anonymity.
