Default Tracker Ball

Please Login to Remove!

The tracker ball on my Pearl is mal funtioning and cannot scroll downwards. Trying to laocate a repair shop in the UK (East Anglia) preferably. Machine out of warranty therefore T mobile will not look at it. Any ideas out there

Do you carry it in your pocket? Could be lint or dirt. Turn the device off. Press and roll the ball in the direction that it won't work, then roll all around, up, down, right, left, etc. Then turn back on. Hopefully that has dislodged whatever it was. And don't carry it in your pocket.
