Guys...need some help. My personal verizon email is also getting delivered to my enterprise mailbox. Kind of annoying and confusing...How do I stop that? I looked at email settings and mailbox are set to "seperate". I dont see an icon for my personal mail icon either. It might be something really simple but I cant figure it out. Please let me know, Thanks

Messages is not the BES inbox. It's a universal inbox.

I think you're referring to the "separate" setting for SMS/MMS. It has no bearing on email.

Try resending your service books from the Verizon BIS site. If that doesn't create a separate icon for your Verizon account then try deleting the account from BIS and re-creating it.

A battery pull may or may not help as well.

Not sure of what mail box you are asking about, but all mail goes to the main messages folder and then to a folder for that specific account. That is how the BB works. Once it is deleted from one mail folder, it is gone from all.

Also, just a bit of advice, it isn't advisable to put personal info, mail, etc, on a company provided device, especially one on a BES. Once there, it just might not be personal any longer. Plus many companies are starting to crack down on non-work related use on company provided phones and PCs.
