Question Music Manager & Transfer not recognizing BB

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, when I open my Desktop Manager, it recognizes my BB pin but when I select the option to transfer my media files and the Roxio opens up and I try to transfer my files, it is not recognizing my BB device. What am I missing?

Do you have a microSD card installed in your BB?

No... I have the 8700c and it isn't equipped with one.

Since on board memory on your device only 64 MB and there is no SD card option, it will be hard for you to transfer music and pics to your BB.

See this thread for more details.
