Default blackberry just turned off??

Please Login to Remove!

the blackberry just shut off and now that i am trying to charge it, it is only showing the battery with a cross through it. is the battery just gone and i need a new one or what? i even took it and the card out then put them back in. help!

That usually indicates the battery is completely drained. Keep it charged for a while, It may take up to 4 hours or so. I don't think the battery is a goner. Give it time and let us know how things go.

wow - yeah, even an hour later it still shows that same screen. I will keep it charged for longer. it has never done this before! I think i just charged it yesterday too.

odd - it works again after pulling the battery and putting it back in

I believe that it is the best solution 4 all BB problems.....

Pull the battery out, [wait 20 seconds], pull in, and everything it is Ok.

I believe RIM has something to do with Windows, because it fix the problems the same way, only lees times needed.
