Default postrophe

Please Login to Remove!

When I use an apostrophe as I type (contractions or possessives) my 8830 will add an additional apostrophe after the work I've typed ( for example, I type the work "I'm" and when I press space after the word, another apostrophe is added, resulting in " I'm' " ). I have to backspace to remove the additional character. What gives? is this a setting I can modify?

TIA for any suggestions -

1-Good way: stop typing your own apostrophe, the AutoText feature of the BB adds it. It's smart enough to handle it.
2-Bad way: delete all the "apostrophe" Autotext entries at Options > Autotext.

Off Topic.

at work if you leave your bb unlocked someone can pick it up and send an email to the team and just put coffee in the subject line and then you have the pay the bill for the next morning coffee run. So I changed my autotext so that when ever someone typed coffee I had it say a funny none forum appropriate message
