Help. Immediate acces to contacts has been lost. Must scroll through all to find a contact. New curve 3 weeks. Does so much but difficult to configure and figure out. Please help. Yesterday went to immediately call someone prompt came up no address. When went to contacts only way to acces is to scroll through entire list.

1- In your Address Book, simply type the first or last name of the contact desired... does the one you want begin to appear?

2- Press the green dial key. Begin to type the name of the contact you want to call... any luck?

3- If none of the above work, remove the battery of the device while it is still powered on, hold a few seconds and replace. Try it all again.
