Default Update problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry Curve 8320. After I updated to OS 4.5, my phone had the 532 error. My phone would turn on and have the error before the main screen. Now my phone won't even light up when I insert the battery, only the signal light on top flashes red. The desktop manager doesn't recognize my phone with and without the battery. I would appreciate any advice if you guys know.

It seems that the OS install did not happen properly. I guess you may want to wipe and reinstall the OS..

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

Default still didn't work

I followed the instructions stated in What to do next if JL Cmder will not connect and wipe.

My phone just keeps loading on a white screen, and nothing happens.

what is the version of Desktop Manager you are using? I recommend using 4.6 along with the 4.5 OS. By the way what build are you loading to your cell phone? You can try 4.5.0.81. By far it looks to be pretty stable with less memory leak.

1) Install the latest DM 4.6 (Available for download at the BlackBerry website)
2) Install the latest OS (http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...languages.html)
3) Follow the instructions to wipe the handset and reinstall the OS.
